Vocational Training to school dropouts for income generation and Entrepreneurs.
PSDF regularly joint with Government and Government related agency implement many kind of vocational trainings for income generating self-employment programme. Generally vocational training plays an important role in income generating activity. A trained person can do thier jobs hundred times better than untrained person.
Vocational training helps the youths to acquire self-employable-skills, which lead the way for gainful self-employment – thereby solving the problems of unemployment. FVTRS, Bangalore supported us to conduct Vocational trainings to 100 school dropouts in Karaikal, Koottucherry. With this perspective the following vocational trainings were conducted with the help of FVTRS, Bangalore for 18 to 35 years school dropouts.
The training programme was inaugurated By Koottucherry Commune Panchayat President Mrs. Malini Balaji, Thiruvattakudi Panchayat President Mr. Venkatachalamon and DIC Technical Officer Mr.Dhangovinthan on 27.12.2010at Rayanpalaym PSDF office
